1. Delivery Timeline

• Standard Delivery: Kits are delivered to your dorm or residence 2–3 days before your official move-in date.
• Pre-Order Delivery: For students booking in advance, kits will be delivered based on the selected move-in date provided during checkout.

2. Shipping Areas

• Currently, UniReady only delivers to partnered residences and dorms within [Spain/Vienna/selected locations].
• We’re actively expanding to new locations! If you’d like UniReady at your residence, contact us, and we’ll reach out to your dorm management.

3. Delivery Fees

• Free Delivery: We offer free delivery for orders over €300.
• Flat-Rate Delivery: A flat shipping fee of €10 applies for orders under €300.
• Special Promotions: During peak registration periods, we may offer free shipping discounts—stay tuned!

4. Tracking Your Order

• Once your kit is assembled and ready for delivery, you’ll receive an email with tracking details, including the expected delivery date.

5. Delivery Instructions

• Kits will be delivered directly to the dorm reception or your room (where applicable) to make move-in hassle-free.
• If your residence requires specific instructions for delivery, please indicate them at checkout.

6. Returns & Issues

• In the rare event that your kit arrives with missing or damaged items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [support@uniready.com] with photos of the issue.
• We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund for the affected items.
